Jewel Encrusted Jeans in Plus Size

The fashion item I choose for 2021, Week 1 is jewel encrusted jeans. These pants say what I want to experience this year; bling in the mundane! Hey everyone, wear what you love no matter if it’s perhaps a little over the top.

I appreciate that one does not have to go anywhere or do anything special to wear something extravagant like jewel encrusted jeans. The year 2020 taught me that. It’s been a good thing too.

These jeans I have had for years. They are boot cut with pink, teal, and gold embroidered flowers. The flowers also have amethyst and teal colored beads and gold and pink sequins making them stand out as the light glints upon them.

Unfortunately, my jewel encrusted jeans have never been chosen for everyday wear. There are other clothing items that have sat for years waiting for just the right occasion. I now say, “Never again.”

Everything that I have in my closet will see the light of day at some point every year. Even if I have to take it out and put it on to binge watch a series on tv. It will just make the day all the more memorable.

Why, I wonder, did a pandemic have to terrorize the earth in order for me to feel like I have the right to sport the clothes in my closet whenever I felt like it.

The Universe Gives Us More of What We Give Attention

If I wear more of what I love, I know that more of what I love will present itself to me. I have been shopping my own closet. Since I have been doing this, I tend to also pamper myself more. I feel happier all the time.

The fashion evolution is real!

We all know, already, what things feel good and what things feel bad. As far as fashion goes, wrapping myself up in comfy, lush, beautiful clothing is very nice. I’ll take that everyday.

What about you? What are some clothes that you may have now pulled out of the closet and given more wear time.
